After cleaning, it is necessary to rinse thoroughly with deionized water or softened water to avoid residual cleaning agents causing subsequent contamination.

Regular maintenance also includes visual inspection and functional verification. The surface of the pipe fittings should be visually inspected for scratches, dents, or rust, especially for micro cracks or leakage marks in the welds and connections. For the sealing ring at the clamp connection, it is necessary to confirm its elasticity and integrity to prevent aging and seal failure. After each disassembly and reinstallation, a new sealing gasket should be replaced and the clamp bolts should be tightened evenly according to the standard torque to avoid leakage caused by uneven compression. After undergoing high-temperature sterilization (SIP) operation, attention should be paid to the discharge of condensed water during the cooling process to prevent water accumulation and promote microbial growth. All cleaning and maintenance operations should be carried out by trained personnel, and the operation time, batch of chemicals used, and inspection results should be recorded to form a traceable technical file.
